The Role

We are looking for an energetic team player with a can-do attitude to support our programmes. Ideally, you will have a varied skillset and a demonstrated interest in new technologies and entrepreneurship.

Your duties will be varied and match the pace and needs of the programmes we deliver. They may include, but will not be limited to:

  • Designing and leading the delivery of accelerator programmes, working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve tangible results and ensuring that IoT Tribe’s mission of developing global, resilient tech ecosystems is achieved
  • Supporting IoT Tribe’s startup founders during our accelerator programmes and ensuring that the collaboration and support continues for the Tribe’s alumni community
  • Working closely with colleagues in other IoT Tribe’s locations to support key business activities that drive progress and support day-to-day operations
  • Supporting the delivery of IoT Tribe’s flagship Net Zero Tech Alliance programme

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a creative and driven individual with a track record of turning possibilities into tangible outcomes.

  • Experience working with high growth startups and SMEs, preferably in tech environments.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills that are based on the ability to find shared value.
  • Self-motivated and able to organise and prioritise your own workload and successfully complete assigned tasks on time in a guided but autonomous way.
  • Able to work in a diverse team based across different time zones.
  • An exceptional communicator, you know how to express yourself clearly, can prepare attractive decks and curate relevant business opportunities.
